Citizen G'kar: G'kar, a warrior turned diplomat, after a devasting war that utterly destroyed his planet, became a social and spiritual leader for his people. Now he comments on a sister world, one who's history, values and tradition is much like his own people's. "It is said that the future is always born in pain. The history of war is the history of pain. If we are wise, what is born of that pain matures into the promise of a better world, because we learn that we can no longer afford the mistakes of the past." Terrans are a younger people with promising abilities and practices, a people still fresh and untarnished irreparably. Perhaps he can advise them, and save them from repeating the kind of mistakes the war-like Narn made.
