White Phosphorus and MK 77 Used in Fallujah?

Thanks to The Cat's Blog for the link. According to RAI NEWS 24, the US has used white phosphorus and a napalm like substance called MK 77 in the razing of Fallujah Click here to see the video. Assuming the video is authentically from Fallujah, the evidence is compelling.
While these weapons are not banned by any treaties, they are technically chemical weapons. Use of incendiary bombs against civilian populations was banned in the 1980 United Nations Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons. The US has not signed this agreement. The problem is that everyone alive in Fallujah when the battle started were assumed to be an enemy combatant. It is clear from the video that has leaked out of Fallujah during the battle that many civilians were present. Since we have seen many of the combatants from Fallujah moved to Baghdad, Ramadi and Mosul, one wonders who was left in Fallujah besides civilians who decided to protect there homes.
